VOX·ARIA is an experimental, non-commercial web radio in its first year, broadcasting audio content entirely produced with artificial intelligence. Use of the site is governed by Italian law.

What data we process

VOX·ARIA is listen-only: no accounts, no sign-up, no e-commerce. We keep data to a minimum.

• If you email us: your address and message, used only to reply.
• Technical logs: our hosting and streaming servers automatically record connection data (IP, date/time, browser, files requested) for security and to run the service.
• No analytics or profiling are in use at present. If we add them, this policy and the cookie section below will be updated and, where required, consent requested first.

Recipients & third parties

Data may be processed by our hosting and streaming/CDN providers as data processors. Our pages link out to third parties (e.g. YouTube); when you follow such a link you leave this site and their privacy policy applies. We do not embed third-party trackers.

Retention

Emails are kept only as long as needed to handle your request; technical logs for the limited period set by the providers, then deleted or anonymised.

3. Cookie policy

Voices, music and texts on VOX·ARIA are generated with artificial intelligence. There are no human performers: the voices are original synthetic designs and do not reproduce the voice or likeness of any real person.

In line with the transparency obligations for AI-generated content (Regulation (EU) 2024/1689, “AI Act”, Art. 50), we disclose that the audio here is artificially generated; where technically available, outputs may carry machine-readable markings (watermark / provenance metadata). Texts are based on public-domain works adapted in an original way, or are entirely original; music is original and AI-composed for VOX·ARIA.

5. Rights & licensing

Music. Original, AI-composed for VOX·ARIA. Individual tracks are released under Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 (CC BY 4.0) — you may share and reuse them, including commercially, as long as you credit "VOX·ARIA". The assembled broadcast montages and episodes are © VOX·ARIA — all rights reserved. The association documents its rights over these productions.

Texts are based on public-domain source editions adapted originally, or are original; we avoid modern critical apparatus, notes or illustrations that may still be protected.

Collecting societies (Italy): the repertoire is entirely self-produced and the publisher is not registered with SIAE or with neighbouring-rights bodies (e.g. SCF). As the music is original and self-published, no third-party author or neighbouring-rights royalties are due to collecting societies for its streaming diffusion. Content is AI-generated and provided for personal listening; do not resell it or present it as your own. The site links to third-party platforms (e.g. YouTube); we are not responsible for their content or policies.
